Buckmasters {Not For Me!}

I had my first experience at Buckmasters on Saturday. I can't say that it was the most enjoyable thing I've ever done. I thought I was going to be a sweet wife and try to enjoy something that my husband enjoys... well I think I'll choose something else from now on and let Buckmasters be a "male bonding day"! I don't necessarily consider myself a "girlie girl" but believe me, I was the "girliest girl" I saw there!!! I was definitely out of place!!! I will say they did have some pretty interesting stuff and some gigantic deer! Basically, I spent most of the time entertaining John Luke with the Rhino and 4-Wheelers because there was no possible way to push a stroller around in that crowd! Oh well, I tried. Next year it's all yours honey!!
These are some pictures of John Luke "driving" the Rhino and the 4-wheeler.

And I had to throw this one in... I LOVE THIS FACE!!!

Well at least you gave it a go! I learned early on that I do not enjoy alot of things Jeff does but that's ok! I think it is important to have some differences. It makes marriage more interesting that way. Sometimes you just have to pretend you are listening when they are telling those "guy" stories and that you are just as excited as they are.

Love you,
Amy and Kimalee

Funny! We sometimes make a trip out to the Bass Pro shop here. Matt can spend hours there if you let him. Me and the girls usually look at the huge fish tank (with bass in it, no less!), ride the glass elevator 10 times and "ride" all of the 4 wheelers and boats they have. It's a good time had by all...

Beth, I have to admit, your sisters and I were laughing at you all day Saturday! Every time we thought about you, we would comment, "Bet Beth is having the time of her life". I could not resist calling you that afternoon and asking you if you were having fun. Not to my surprise, you emphatically replied, NO. I admire you for giving it a try! I love you, Mama

That is funny! When I lived in B'ham, Walker and I went to the big turkey expo there. He LOVED IT! I couldn't get over the people with turkey calls in their mouth acting like turkeys. We watched the turkey calling competition too...I think I was in shock at all of this at the time! :) It was very humorous! I can imagine the deer hunting exhibits weren't quite as exciting! I bet you did stand out (in the best possible way)!!

Amen! I totally agree! That is all Jeremy has been talking about for the past month! He had intended on going to the Buckmasters Expo, but Sawyer and I had other plans!! We had to get ready for his birth. :)
