After a million shots...

I finally got a few pictures that might work! Well, here's the deal... I have been working on changing my blog for weeks but I just can't get it like I want it. I looked into having one designed but I decided that it would be a waste of money since our family will be changing and growing, and I like to have a change of scenery often. But I do love all the headers that you all have with the cute pictures of your children but I have one small problem. His name is John Luke! My child does NOT want me to have a cute picture of him! He runs in the opposite direction, or looks the other way right as I snap the picture, or gives me a big frown to let me know he doesn't like this picture taking business, or is just too plain busy to stop and let me get a good one. He has no sympathy for his mama who after an hour is practically in tears begging for a decent picture! Not just for this blog, but to have a good picture of my growing little boy! So anyway, here it is. I downloaded all the other ones so I just put them on here too. To all you who have "models", be thankful for their cooperation!!

Beth, I LOVE the new picture of John Luke. They are all good but the big one is great! You need to print that one and hang it on the wall. I miss you all, hope to see you soon. Robin

Beth, I agree with Robin. I like the big one best of all also. John Luke seems to be a pretty good "model" to me. You certainly are enjoying your camera! I was afraid the new would wear off, but it hasn't. Love, Nan

Robin, I miss you so much, would love to see you. Cathy

I think that you did a great job with the "big" picture. Trust me, I know what you mean about your very own child not wanting their picture taken. Lately, John Parker refuses to pose for the camera. It seems that every time I take my camera out he runs in the opposite direction. I'm not sure of a boy or man for that matter that enjoys a photo session the older the get. Girls are a natural in front of the camera!!!!

What kind of camera did you get?

Sine I have started blogging, my camera has become like my purse or something. I always have it with me and people are always dodging me. Especially my family!!!

His eyes are gorgeous so it doesn't matter what he is doing in the picture! I am drawn to those pretty eyes! :)

Thank You, Christi! How are you feeling? I guess there's no new news??

Shonna,
I have the same camera I had. I haven't gotten another one yet...I am seriously considering buying yet another one b/c there are things about this one that I don't like. I think I'm gonna do with cameras like I have with sippy-cups. Just keep buying one til' I find the one I like. Cameras are just a little more expensive! What kind do you have? I thought you had gotten a new one lately.

I think when you have a child as handsome as little John Luke-he doesn't exactly have to "cooperate" with the camera! They're all good! I LOVE THE BIG ONE! Look at those eyes! Now, you just need to tell me how to do it. PLUS, I'd love those pictures you took of Sawyer if you get a chance to email them to me-I WOULD LOVE IT! By the way, have you been missing a blue blanket??

You had lots to choose from. John Luke is adorable. They seem to want to cheese in front of the camera more as they get older. He's too busy discovering the world right now:)
